Welcome to the Note Exchange - the platform where sellers can post promissory notes for direct sale to investors. Investors can review a range of offerings and choose the right notes for their portfolios. Each party can enter into anonymous negotiations to arrive at a purchase price and then complete all documentation in order to close the sale.

How The Note Clearinghouse Works
You may review any section of this website without registering. However, to review live data or communicate with sellers or investors, you must complete the seller and/or investor worksheet.

Upon completion, you will be assigned a secure password which enables you to anonymously bid for or negotiate in behalf of promissory notes. All communications are cleared anonymously via The Note Clearinghouse until a mutually agreed upon price is reached and a case number assigned.

At that point each party will be directed to the closing section for document completion in anticipation of closing.
